A Zoning Board is a locally elected or appointed government board charged with recommending to the Town council the boundaries of the various original zoning districts and appropriate regulations to be enforced therein and any proposed amendments thereto.

The Zoning Board meets the third Thursday of each month. Applications are due 30 days prior to the next scheduled meeting.
